Tomorrow we have a crucial day for those students who are looking to represent Auroa Primary School at the Robocup for Robotics. The students have an internal evaluation day where they need to demonstrate their progress towards the regional competition taking place at Wanganui Intermediate later in the term. They will need to impress during an assesment showing what our students have been working so hard towards. We can't show you everything from our students work - some of the concepts and material is highly sensitive at the moment, as we are entering the performance dance portion of the competition. However we are recording tomorrow and these are some of the stills from our latest day of preparation.

EV3 Lego Robotics @ APS
Our students are busy preparing for the 2014 Robocup Competitions, with our regionals now several weeks away. As part of our preparation the students of Auroa Primary School are very fortunate to have the support of our fabulous PTA group. We have purchased ten new EV3 Robots for competition which are more advanced than our previous NXT versions. The video below was created by Heavenlee and Lucille and consists of a brief interview with Mrs Knapman who runs our school robotics program.
