Procedural Writing: In Language

As mentioned previously currently for writing we are looking at procedural/instructional writing. As a twist for our latest round of publication we wanted to do something different so the students used Google Translator to convert the instructions into another language. This is Mackenna's effort - translated into Russian. If you don't speak Russian what clues can you look at to work out what each of the instructions are? What prior knowledge would help?
