Australian Junior Robocup 2014
Do you know who are the national champions for Australia for the Junior Robocup? That's correct the answer is Auroa Primary School from Taranaki, New Zealand. As regular readers of this site will know earlier this year the Robo's (James, Tom, Michaela and Lucas) completed the Junior Robotics Robocup Triple Crown winning first the regional Whanganui Robocup Competititon, then winning the New Zealand National Competition in Dunedin before travelling to Brisbane to take on the Australians. The Boys triumphed in that and this video is a combination of photography and film from that event. Created by Lucas and James, Room One, Auroa Primary School, by footage supplied by Mrs Knappman.

Congratulations to James, Thomas, Michaela and Lucas - that really is a fabulous achievement! I should imagine that every single person in your school was rooting for you to win... and felt fabulous when you did - but how did it feel yourselves to find out that you were overall champions?
