Character Book Day: Dayna and Meg's Slideshow

Last week at school Auroa Primary School had their annual Character Book Day, where students came dressed as their favourite book character. This slideshow was created by Dayna and Meg from Room One, created in class on Wednesday 5th November 2014. Book Character Day 2014 on PhotoPeach

    Meg and Dayna's slideshow really captures the flavour of the day. It looks like every one entered into the spirit of the day and gave their costume great thought.

    We dress up in school for Halloween so what we were is limited to Halloween characters. Quite a number of students in other schools dress up as their favourite book character for World Book Day. We do tamer and less exciting things like making bookmarks ;)

    Well this replaced our Halloween dress up day, some of the younger students were getting a little bit scared by some of the costumes belonging to our older students. Thanks for the comment, as always.
