Bike Awareness Day at Auroa Primary School w/Flat Stanley

Today at Auroa Primary School we had the Police here for Bike Awareness Day.  The students had an awesome time learning bicycle skills and we also had a guest - our Flat Stanley from Hopwood CP School - you can check out their fantastic site and blog here.

    Thank you for making and posting the video, we enjoyed watching it. We hope you and Flat Stanley enjoyed the bike awareness day and had fun. We do bikeability in year 5 or 6.

    We enjoyed spotting our Flat Stanley on your video. One of our classmates moved to New Zealand before Christmas and it reminded us of her. Thank you for sharing these pictures with us.

    Some of our children were surprised that some of you didn't have shoes on when you were riding your bikes. They would like to know if you usually go outside without anything on your feet.

      The answer is no, we don't usually wear shoes at School. We do to and from School but not when we're at School. We'll take some photo's to show you on Tuesday.
